Integrity: If your employees wear it, your product has it.
You’d need a microscope to see the particles that our garments block. The consequences of not protecting yourself or the work environment, however, are far more apparent. In industrial cleanrooms, protective apparel such as our Integrity® line of garments is integral to ensuring that your products and employees are free from contamination. We provide engineered fabrics with ESD properties, antimicrobial properties, high filtration efficiency and comfort that meet the critical standards of all classes of cleanrooms.
Integrity 1700 ... Ideal for Class 100 cleanrooms and higher.

Integrity® 1700 is a densely woven polyester filament fabric manufactured with a 10-micron pore size, which allows the fabric to filter out critical >0.5µ particles with greater efficiency than the typical Class 100 (ISO Class 5) fabrics used today. Integrity® 1700 is also finished with Aegis Microbe Shield™, a non-migrating antimicrobial agent that protects against a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, including mold, mildew, fungi, yeast, gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria.

Integrity 1750 ... Greater filtration efficiency than typical Class 100 fabrics.

Integrity® 1750 is one of the latest additions to our line of contamination control fabrics. This densely-woven, polyester filament, grid fabric is manufactured with a 6-micron pore size, which filters out critical >0.5µ particles with greater efficiency than typical Class 100 (ISO Class 5) fabrics used today. Integrity 1750 controls bioburden/biopermeation through its use of the Aegis Microbe Shield™ technology, a non-migrating antimicrobial agent that inhibits the growth of a wide range of problem-causing bacteria, mold, mildew and fungi. A carbon grid woven into the fabric controls electro-inductive migration, and high moisture vapor transport assures wearer comfort.

Integrity 1800 ... Number 1 in pharmaceutical cleanrooms.

Integrity® 1800 is a superior woven fabric with standards high enough to meet the demands of the pharmaceutical industry. Integrity® 1800 features the smallest pore size in its class — giving it excellent particle filtration efficiencies. It’s also treated with a proprietary durable fluorochemical treatment for fluid repellency and Aegis Microbe Shield™ — a powerful antimicrobial technology that protects against a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, including mold, mildew, fungi, yeast, gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria. These benefits, coupled with an economical price, make Integrity® 1800 the most desirable fabric on the market for pharmaceutical and non-ESD critical areas in Class 10 cleanrooms and higher.

Integrity 2000 ... Ultimate protection in Class 1 cleanrooms and higher.

Integrity® 2000 is a superior woven fabric with standards high enough to perform in Class 1 (ISO Class 3) cleanrooms. Integrity® 2000 fabric features the smallest pore size in its class for excellent particle filtration efficiencies. Inhibiting bacterial growth will eliminate unwanted particles from the cleanroom garment and help increase yields.
